PRE-ORDER & CANCELLATION OF ORDER
All orders (including pre-orders) will be charged immediately to your credit/debit card. Payment receipt will not be delayed regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
Any cancellation of an e-bike order prior to shipment will incur a 10% handling fee and customers can only receive a 90% refund of the total order price.
Any modification of the e-bike order such as change of address or exchange of items after shipment will be charged 100€ as change fee.

If it is not a quality problem, the product will not be returned or exchanged after receipt.
To receive a replacement, the bike must have not been used within 14 days, be free of dirt, dust or fragrance, and be in its packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
If you request the exchange of the model within 14 days after receiving the goods, you need to bear the return shipping costs totaling €300 (the shipping cost for the returned model: €150, the shipping cost for the new model: €150 €). After 15 days, the bike must not be changed under any circumstances.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@samebike.org
refund
1. For any product that you return correctly in accordance with this policy, we will refund the price paid to us.
2. We will not refund you for the original shipping cost of the returned product.
3. We will not reimburse you for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Improper return
1 If you return a product that violates this policy and you have no other legal right to a refund or exchange of the product:
(a) We will not refund the purchase price or exchange the goods;
(b) We may hold returned products until you pay us. Additional fees we may charge for re-delivery of returned products
(C) If we do not receive the additional payment within 14 days, we can dispose of the goods ourselves.
